പെണ്‍കുട്ടി സ്‌കൂള്‍ വിട്ട് പോകുമ്പോള്‍ സൈക്കിള്‍ നന്നാക്കുന്നതിനായി പ്രതിയുടെ വീട്ടിലെത്തിയപ്പോഴാണ് പീഡന ശ്രമം ഉണ്ടായത്. പ്രതിയുടെ പിടിയില്‍ നിന്നും രക്ഷപ്പെടുന്നതിന് ശ്രമിക്കവെ നിലത്തുവീണ് പെണ്‍കുട്ടിയുടെ കാലിന് പരുക്കേറ്റിരുന്നു. ശൂരനാട് എസ് എച്ച് ഒ ജോസഫ് ലിയോണ്‍, എസ് ഐമാരായ രാജന്‍ ബാബു, കൊച്ചു കോശി എന്നിവരടങ്ങിയ സംഘമാണ് പ്രതിയെ പിടികൂടിയത്. കോടതിയില്‍ ഹാജരാക്കിയ പ്രതിയെ റിമാന്‍ഡ് ചെയ്തു.
